Fall Essentials + October Playlist.

It's not exactly fall yet here is Israel, but I've managed to wear a jacket a couple times. Fingers crossed it gets cold soon!

Anyway, I've decided to gather a few of my favorite items for the chilly season.

1. Denim Jacket.

This is basically a life essential, but wearing it during summer is not exactly possible (unless you don't mind it if your liver melts). A denim jacket is a classic piece and every closet should be a home to one. It's a great way to layer- best thing about fall fashion! You can wear it over a top, and a coat- if it's really cold- on top of that.

2. Oversized Sweater.
Sweaters are the best companions to a cozy day, while watching your favorite movie and drinking a couple (or few) cups of hot coco. They are also a versatile piece- you can go from a lazy day at home to an evening outfit for a perfect girls' night out! It's pretty simple as well: take out your favorite jeans, pair them with some glamorous booties or heels and add a chunky necklace as a final touch.

3. Bustier-Inspired Top.

This is a love-hate item: some people can't get enough, others can't get away. I'm probably on "can't get enough" team- especially for fall! Juts like the denim jacket, this is another great layering piece! 

4. Bowler Hat.

I feel very British whenever I wear it. It's a piece that can complete any attire, and it's a great accessory for all you lazy people (including yours truly) that simply can't be bothered in the morning to fix their hair. 

5. Little Black Booties.

Just like the classic LBD, little black booties are an essential in each and every closet. You can wear these with your best casual attire one day, and pair them with a dress and clutch the next!

6. Spiked Headband.

You may recognize this for my last couple posts. I'm completely obsessed with it! It's a perfect touch to a casual outfit on a lazy day (aka everyday)!

7. Scarves.

Another great item for layerig. Yes, I am aware of the fact that the scarf I chose is leaning more towards the spring cult, but I just can't not wear it during every fall/winter for the past 3 years! It's brightens up my outfits, and quiet freckly- my mood as well. Expect to see it in upcoming outfits!

Summer 2013 Trend Report.

Hi there! It's safe to say summer is here. The sun is hot and bright, the amount of homework is getting smaller and it seems as though the line up of exams I have this month isn't so impossible. I thought it would be very appropriate to update you lovely humans on some of my favorite summer trends, that you will probably be seeing quiet a bit in upcoming outfit posts.

1. Bold Stripes.
Seems as though this trend never gets left out for summer. Designers and people in general simply cannot get enough of the charm of a little bit of a nautical touch in ones closet. It's classic, elegant, and timeless. I paired it with simpler items, to not distract they eyes. That Casio watch is so perfect- I must have one.

2. Graphic.
Bright, bold all-out-there prints have been making a huge splash in the world of fashion. I adore this trend! It allows one to make leave a strong mark wherever he/she chooses to go. There is no way anyone will be able to forget you if you where a skirt that screams "look at moi!!".

3. Minimalists. This might just be my favorite of all. Simplicity is the most beautiful form of flatter. Seriously, it is. No attention-seeking, distracting or eye-blinding fabric. This is the complete opposite of the graphic trend! This one is perfect for the ones who rather be "wallflowers" [don't judge me, I couldn't resist].

4. Denim Rompers.
If you've been roaming around tumblr way more than you need oops  you have probably seen more denim rompers that one person should/can see in a lifetime. Okay, I might be extraditing a bit, but it's impossible to ignore the comeback these babes have been making.

Hey hey hey!
Remember me? I feel like I've been living in school/my room/my desk for the past month probably. The exams are just never ending. I'm taking mocks now, and in a month from today I'll be taking my first "Bagrut" (aka the Israeli A-Levels). I'm pretty stressed out, so I've been eating about 2-700 cereal bowls every day.

Current Obsessions (aka wishlist).

Instead of making a post on every trend/item I obsess over, I decided to concentrate them all into one post. I admit I'm pretty lazy. However, this whole trend-obsessions has become a wishlist in which I'm determined to put a big check on. Someday.
{1} Ksubi. Well not the whole brand. Their "palm print" line of tops, jeans and skirts in particular have made me drool. {2} Beanies. Need I say more? Didn't think so. {3} Denim Overalls. Yes, I already own a pair-but! I will think of an excuse to get another because I can't get over how perfect they are. {4} Knee High Socks. This style crush connects well to the part of me that adores menswear. A lot. How perfect would this be with a crop top, shorts and a pair of boots? I rest my case. {5} Earcuffs. Again, not much to say here either. Just a great accessory for a simple outfit that needs to be spiced up. {6} Buckle-Cutout Boots. It seems as though just when I had my eyes set on this babies (or look-a-like babies. Sorry Balenciaga) everyone and their mother got a pair. Guys, come on. {7} Round Retro Sunglasses. These are so freakin' perfect for Spring-Summer. Imagine wearing these with a wide-leg pair of jeans. {8} Hologram Clutch. I had already expressed my love for hologram items before, and I will again. This clutch is just so amazing I might start crying.
